The Liberty Bride by MaryLu Tyndall is the sixth book in a series of books by various authors, telling a story through the birth of America. This story is set during the war of 1812.
Freedom’s Light by Colleen Coble is one of the latest books I’ve received from the Thomas Nelson and Zondervan Fiction Guild. I haven’t been a huge fan of Coble’s in the past, but I enjoyed this novel. I love historical novels and have read several centered around lighthouses, so this fell within my sweet spot for reading. 🙂
The Pirate Bride by Kathleen Y’Barbo is part of a unique new series being published by Barbour Publishing Group. In this series, each book is written by a different author and takes us through American history. The first book starts with the Mayflower, and the last book (at least the last announced one, there may be more coming that are as of yet unannounced) is set during the war of 1812.
