Now I Know Why

Welcome back to another notes post!

This weekend we had Brandon Lake leading us in worship as the Elevation Worship team was on tour, which was a treat.  We sang “Echo“, “My Testimony”, “Never Lost” and “Graves into Gardens”.

Pastor Furtick was continuing the “Available” series this week; my notes read:

3C50CAD5-48E5-4C5C-BA44-E661C8C81E85

  • Matthew 26:6-13
  • Worship, wisdom, witness
  • If you question why/how people worship, you’re questioning the value they’re putting on the presence of Jesus to them.
  • John 12:2-5
  • Whatever you worship is what you give weight to.
  • We invest in what we value.
  • I’m not concerned about the critics; I’m concerned about the cross.

    1. Hi! What a great question. As fas as I’ve seen, Elevation puts the full service–worship, announcements, and sermon–online at this link (https://elevationchurch.org/online/) each week. That link will take you to the full recorded worship experience for that week, but at the end of that week, it’ll go away and the next week’s experience will be at that link. So, I don’t typically link that in my posts for everyone viewing it in the weeks after it was posted; I just link the songs on YouTube. I hope that helps! Thanks for stopping by!
